Effectively managing behaviours and discipline as well as delivering curriculum can be a very difficult task. Teaching and working with children across the wide variety of cultures that are present in international and local schools can be extremely difficult.

The Early Years Network is working to provide networks and resources to teaching and education professionals in Hong Kong and Asia Abroad. We are presently developing a Hong Kong Visioning Session to bring together Education and Child & Family Services Professionals on "Creating a Cohesive Family Services Community." In western countries there are many opportunities for professionals working with children and families to share resources and networks.
